For fifty-five years, T.B. Harski & Associates, L.L.C. (TBH) has delivered tangible asset appraisals and business valuations for more than twenty-five industries globally. We are an independent, client-facing, consulting and advisory services provider; as well as an alliance partner and a third-party conflict provider to a portfolio of clients. We deliver client service results to accounting firms, law practices, financial institutions, private equity groups, management consulting, insurance companies, courts, government agencies, small-business, mid-market and multi-national enterprises. Our valuation and appraisal expertise is business enterprise comprehensive, while the aptitude of our associates is augmented by proficiency in forensics and risk management of organizational concerns.

We lead engagements on behalf of privately held and publicly traded entities, with their economic concerns and strategic interests as our principal focus. We target complex business matters that identify, assess, address and meet C-suite needs across a vast array of multi-national clients. We interact extensively with senior management and counsel for presentation of findings and solutions that are utilized in planning and decision support across a spectrum of requirements, risks and efficiencies. We provide evidentiary support and formulate value substantiation platforms concerning purposes in accounting, tax, litigation, finance, insurance, operations and transaction equity investment.

Associates are professionally tested, certified and hold various credentials, such as:  Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member Royal Institution Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Professional Engineer (PE), and Attorney at Law (JD) designations; amongst others. Our team brings diverse work experience backgrounds—from public and private companies, criminal justice and government agencies, engineering firms, law firms, Big Four accounting firms and international appraisal companies; and individually have twenty to fifty years plus experience.
